Data we collect
We store team user profiles, roles, invitations, connected owned Instagram account metadata, encrypted token references, webhook events, contacts, conversations, lead form submissions, campaign configuration, analytics events, CRM sync outbox records, and audit logs needed to operate MedFluencer.in.
How we use data
Data is used to run compliant automations for owned Instagram accounts, show analytics, test and troubleshoot delivery, sync approved leads to the configured CRM, provide support, maintain account health, and support auditability.
Data sharing
Data is not sold. Data may be sent to Meta APIs, database hosting, Google OAuth, configured infrastructure, observability, backup, verification, and CRM providers solely to operate the service and only when those providers are enabled for the deployment.
Retention
Workspace administrators control retention for contacts, conversations, leads, exports, audit logs, and account connections. Backups and logs are reviewed by administrators and aligned with the deployment's retention policy.
Security and access
MedFluencer.in uses role-scoped access, Google sign-in, encrypted Meta token storage, audit logging, and official Meta APIs only. Administrators are responsible for team invitations and account-owner scoping.
Deletion and contact
Users and account owners can request deletion through the workspace administrator. The Data Deletion page explains what records should be removed and which backup or audit-log timelines may still apply.
