Authorized use
This app is for owned Instagram Professional accounts only. Users must not attempt scraping, password-based Instagram login, unsolicited outbound DMs, or rate-limit evasion.
Meta platform compliance
All automations must follow Meta Platform Terms, Instagram messaging rules, permission requirements, and applicable messaging windows.
Campaign content
Users are responsible for campaign copy, public replies, forms, lead collection consent, exports, links, offers, and any regulated claims made through a connected account.
Prohibited behavior
Users must not send cold or unsolicited DMs, impersonate another person, evade rate limits, collect data without consent, bypass account restrictions, connect accounts they do not own, or use generated content outside the approved scope.
Team responsibility
Administrators are responsible for connected accounts, campaign content, lead collection consent, exports, and CRM synchronization.
Availability and suspension
Administrators may pause automations, remove account access, or suspend a team member when an account is restricted, credentials expire, policies are violated, or campaign content creates platform or legal risk.
Third-party services
The service relies on Meta, database hosting, Google sign-in, and any deployment-specific verification, monitoring, backup, billing, or CRM providers listed on the Service Providers page.
